New 3.5% Grant Option Available In DPA Advantage (Down Payment Assistance)

AFR has announced that beginning Friday, November 8, a 3.5% grant option will be available in the DPA Advantage (Down Payment Assistance) Program, allowing eligible home buyers to qualify for the full 3.5% required down payment. In addition to helping first-time and moderate-income home buyers, DPA Advantage is also available to make the dream of homeownership easier for first-responders, educators, medical personnel, civil servants, and military personnel.
